APRIL 2013 NEWSLETTER
APRIL 8 Program Meeting: Pilot’s Bill of Rights
Brandt Madsen, partner at the law firm Smith Amundsen Aerospace in Chicago, will speak on the topic of a Pilot’s Bill of Rights. The presentation will explore what it is; why it is necessary; and how it applies to every certificate holder. This legislation is a very good first step toward leveling the playing field for airmen and mechanics that find themselves on the wrong end of an FAA investigation.
All pilots, mechanics, instructors, and student pilots should attend this informative presentation at the DKB Fly America hangar at 6:30PM.
